I think the Nanodegree in Predictive Analytics/Business Analyst is a good starting point for individuals with minimal exposure to the analyst world. Topics were given a good amount of exposure as it relates to segmentation, clustering and data cleaning-exercises and projects helped to put to use the content from the classes-excellent course overall.
